At The Magic Speech Bus, we’re all about providing personalized, effective, and fun speech therapy for kids of all ages. We understand that every child has unique needs, so we offer flexible treatment packages to ensure your child gets the best care in the most convenient and supportive way. Here's how our treatment packages work and how we can support your family.

1. Complimentary Meet & Greet Appointments

Before committing to therapy, we invite families to schedule a free Meet & Greet appointment! These short, in-person visits are a great opportunity to meet the speech-language pathologist, take a peek inside the Magic Speech Bus, and ask any initial questions. It’s a relaxed and pressure-free way to make sure we’re a good fit for your family before starting services.

2. Personalized Assessments

Before beginning therapy, each child will receive a thorough assessment. This helps us understand your child’s specific needs, whether they’re working on speech sounds, language skills, social communication, or something else. The results from this assessment guide the development of a personalized treatment plan, so we can tailor each session to your child’s unique goals.

3. Flexible Treatment Packages

We offer several treatment packages to fit your family’s schedule and budget. Together with their therapist, families choose the package that will best meet their child's needs. The treatment sessions are then scheduled within the current speech season. Here are the package options available:

4. Ongoing Communication

We believe in transparency and collaboration, so we maintain regular communication with parents. After each session, we’ll provide a brief update on what we worked on, progress made, and any homework or activities to practice at home. This helps keep you informed and involved in your child’s progress.

At the end of each season, parents are offered a virtual conference with their child's SLP. This is an optional meeting that allows everyone to review goal progress, change or adjust goals, and set the schedule for the upcoming season.

5. Payment & Insurance

The Magic Speech Bus is a private-pay practice, which means we do not bill insurance directly. However, many families are able to receive partial reimbursement by submitting a superbill to their insurance provider. At the end of each speech season, we’ll provide you with a detailed superbill that includes all the necessary information for you to file a claim. We’re happy to guide you through what that process looks like if you’re unfamiliar with it! Payment for services is due at the time of booking or as outlined in your treatment package.

During therapy sessions, your child will engage in fun, interactive activities that focus on speech and language development. Whether it's working on articulation, expanding vocabulary, improving social skills, or building confidence, therapy will be enjoyable and rewarding.
